Many of you are familiar to the blog "People of New York". In my travels across this great big city I find that there are many amazing people in the confines of our beautiful city. In the future I would like to get permission to take a picture and most people are provided an option to read my post prior to publishing. Today I would like to talk about Ted. Ted is an intellect, a spiritual seeker (on the path of healing) and an introvert with a fantastic beard. I must say it was his beard that initially attracted me to him as well as his work ethic. I visit the pools most days and I see him pounding on the treadmill. He usually is already on the treadmill when I arrive and more often than not still running when I leave the gym to go to the pool side.
